About the Role

This position involves managing and developing teams in various care homes across the region, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery. You will work closely with the General Manager to implement action plans and meet residents' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and monitor standards through regular audits and clinical practice
  • Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals
  • Support newly qualified nurses through preceptorship
  • Manage safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration, teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification, and experience in a nursing home setting. You should also have a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, budget management, and HR experience.
