The Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Skills Facilitator to join our Learning & Development Team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing clinical education and practical skills training to staff working within our Inpatient Unit and Community. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the professional development, confidence, and competence of our clinical workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Learning & Development Team in delivering clinical education and training programs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training materials and resources
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of training programs
