Job Summary:

Orona UK is seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team in the North East region. As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts and escalators, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with our clients to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure the optimal performance of our lifts and escalators.
  • Meet agreed customer response times and build strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to the Service Supervisor/Service Manager on the status of maintenance and service activities.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, working on your own initiative when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in lift maintenance and service, with a strong understanding of lift engineering principles.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A valid UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
