Lift Service Engineer Opportunity

Orona UK is seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team in Newcastle and surrounding areas. As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts and escalators, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure the optimal performance of our lifts and escalators.
  • Meet agreed customer response times, building strong relationships with our clients and providing regular updates to the Service Supervisor/Service Manager.
  • Problem-solve and work on your own initiative to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the Service Team to achieve our service delivery goals.
Requirements:
  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with lifts and escalators.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A valid UK driving license.
