Lift Service Engineer Opportunity

Orona UK is seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team in Newcastle and surrounding areas. As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts and escalators, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure our lifts and escalators are in optimal condition.
  • Meet agreed customer response times, building strong relationships with our clients and providing regular updates to the Service Supervisor/Service Manager.
  • Problem-solve and work on your own initiative to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with lifts and escalators.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A valid UK driving license.
