Child in Need Team Manager

Job Summary:
The post holder will have operational management responsibility for Children's Neurodevelopment Teams and will ensure the provision of high-quality clinical services supporting individuals with access to assessments and appropriate treatment for ADHD and Autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the coordination and development of the Team implementing and maintaining services within a defined resource.
- Work collaboratively with external partners to ensure that mental and physical health needs are supported with parity.
- Ensure the service operates in a safe, effective, and efficient way as part of the wider health and social care system.
- Provide clear visible operational and clinical leadership, uphold, and monitor the clinical standards of the service.
- Provide managerial supervision to the team and support the Service Manager and Directorate Leads with the delivery of the service.
- Represent the service in meetings, write reports, respond to complaints, and interface with colleagues from a range of multi-disciplinary backgrounds.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience of working at Band 6 or above.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to travel across all localities of the Trust.
