About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at IN n OUT Autocentres. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving business performance and improvement, while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Centre Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service centre, including managing the workshop, leading the team, and ensuring that all customers receive a first-class experience. You will also be involved in coaching and motivating the centre team, as well as contributing to the development of business strategies and initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong desire to help drive business performance and improvement, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for customer relations. You will also need to have a good understanding of the automotive service industry and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Centre Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service centre
  • Manage the workshop and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Coach and motivate the centre team to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs and expectations

Requirements:

  • Full Driving Licence (required)
  • Automotive service experience (3 years preferred)
