Your Role

As a vital member of our inclusive and collaborative team, you will provide care to individuals with neurological conditions, utilizing your expertise to assist them on their journey towards a meaningful and enriched life.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Participating in team discussions and care planning.
  • Observing and documenting patient behaviors and adjusting care plans in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Delivering comprehensive support, which may include assistance with personal hygiene.

This role can present challenges, requiring a positive mindset, compassion, resilience, and attentiveness. However, the rewards of witnessing the progress of those you care for are immeasurable, knowing that your involvement has made a significant difference in their lives.

Work Schedule

The position involves a shift pattern of 12.5 hours per day, working 3-4 days a week, including a mix of days, nights, and weekends, totaling 37.5 hours weekly.
