Position Summary:

  • Deliver outstanding care and assistance to individuals with diverse needs, including behavioral challenges, mental health issues, non-verbal communication, and learning disabilities.
  • Support personal care routines (such as bathing, dressing, and toileting) while fostering independence and respect for personal dignity.
  • Assist clients with everyday tasks, including meal preparation, medication supervision, and household responsibilities.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary professionals.
  • Keep precise and confidential documentation of the care provided.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Empathetic, patient, and caring disposition.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with touchscreen devices.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle.
  • Current training in medication administration, moving, and manual handling.
  • Enhanced DBS check for both Adult and Child workforce.
