Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Requirements:
- A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle
- Right to Work in the UK
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People (Preferred or willing to pursue)
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Preferred or willing to pursue)
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, including the Children's Act and Quality Care Standards

About the Role:
Outcomes First Group is seeking a Registered Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our dedicated team. This role involves overseeing our independent accommodation that provides support for vulnerable young individuals with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, as well as Complex Needs.

Our facility accommodates up to three young people, aged 13 to 15, and is committed to fostering their development by offering opportunities to enhance their life skills and personal interests.
