Job Title: Registered Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Children's Residential service in Shropshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the admission and assessment process for new residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure seamless transitions and outcomes for our young people
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within a children's residential setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, families, and external partners
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team, with a focus on achieving shared goals and outcomes
