Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Vendor Manager to join our team in London. As a Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring freelance talent in medical translation, writing, and copywriting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent in medical translation, writing, and copywriting.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess freelance candidates to determine their suitability for various roles within the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute comprehensive onboarding plans for new hires.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Translation, Languages, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor management/recruiting translators, writers, and copywriters specializing in Pharma, Life Sciences, and Medicine.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and industry trends within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Proven success in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
