About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at MB Connected. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting our Group Finance Controller in both finance and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash flow management across multiple bank accounts, working closely with our Transactional Manager.
  • Leading and developing a small team of finance professionals.
  • Completing CIS reconciliations, returns, and payments.
  • Contributing to ad-hoc project activities, providing valuable insights and process improvement opportunities.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a background in transactional finance, with a focus on cash, treasury, VAT, and process improvement. A key attribute is attention to detail, ambition, and a desire for opportunities that allow for progression and personal development.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate is a qualified Accountant, however QBE with relevant experience will be considered.
  • Previous experience working within a construction or property development business.
  • Good understanding of VAT.
  • Previous experience managing and developing a small transactional team.
