Financial Analysis Lead

Introduction:
Honu Services is seeking a highly skilled Mid-level Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Marine Corps Systems Command professional support services team, you will provide financial management expertise to a portfolio of information technology projects.
Duties:
Under the direction of the Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to multiple levels of the portfolio. Your daily activities will include running financial data queries, reconciling and validating data, coordinating data error corrections with government financial analysts, researching financial and contract records, running reports, and refreshing dashboards.
You will also be responsible for managing the primary supported customer and multiple related customer stakeholders, as well as developing and enhancing financial databases, queries, workflows, dashboards, and reports to inform decision makers more effectively.
Additional Responsibilities:
- As a prime contract's Task Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for the supported customer Task Lead and related customer stakeholders.
- You will support the synchronization of contractor personnel at different levels of the organization.
- You will support standards of professional excellence for our team, including our subcontractor partners, and for our competitors.
Compensation:
Minimum: $104,000
Maximum: $117,000
Qualifications:
Experience:
- At least four years of DoD financial analysis experience, preferably in a portfolio or program office.
- Proficiency with relational databases, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Platform apps preferably at least Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and interest in optimizing SharePoint for data and dashboards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Education or Certification:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
