Job Title: Construction Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Cavendish Professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and certifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on similar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Ability to travel to project sites, as required.
