About the Role:As a CAMHS Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in multi-disciplinary assessments of patients' health conditions
- Formulating and implementing care plans
- Providing treatment as necessary
- Using evidence-based practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with professional standards
- Staying current with the latest mental health advancements and best practices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current and valid registration with the NMC
- Proven experience within a community recovery role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
