Transforming Lives, One Conversation at a Time
At Place2Be, we believe every child deserves access to mental health support whenever they need it. Our team of highly skilled counsellors work in schools to create a safe space for children to open up about their feelings without fear of judgment or stigma.
As a level 4 qualified therapist, you will provide one-to-one support to children, conducting clinical assessments and interventions to help them overcome challenges and build resilience. You will also engage with the wider school community to promote understanding of child mental health and the importance of early intervention.
As part of our diverse and dynamic team, you will have opportunities to share your ideas and contribute to shaping our programmes for the future. You will also have access to extensive training and development opportunities to help you grow and progress in your career.
Our Commitment to You
We are committed to recruiting candidates who share our passion for safeguarding and our commitment to providing the best possible support to children and young people. As part of our team, you will have access to a range of benefits, including annual leave, comprehensive learning and development opportunities, and a contributory pension scheme.
