POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to oversee the Family Service program at Social Interest Group.
This innovative initiative at HMP Altcourse integrates creative solutions for incarcerated men, personalized family counseling, and essential support for families visiting their loved ones.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of services that meet the diverse needs of families.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the Family Service program, ensuring high-quality support and interventions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance family engagement and support.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and resources.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.
- Foster partnerships with community organizations to expand service offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
