Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Process client orders by verifying availability, confirming prices, and coordinating delivery dates.
- Coordinate sample requests, including pre-shipment samples when necessary, to ensure timely delivery.
- Dispatch samples via courier when necessary, ensuring proper documentation and accurate labeling.
- Regularly complete training to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Record and follow up on client complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as a key user of our SAP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client data.
- Create and manage new client accounts, ensuring accurate and current client master data.
- Oversee the allocation of bulk finished materials in storage to fulfill upcoming client orders.
- Collaborate with production to plan canning schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Process end-of-month consignment stock, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent IT proficiency, with experience using Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Experience and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent time management skills.
