About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Associate to join our Operations team at Gopuff. As a key member of our Site leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring high operational standards at our MFCs to deliver timely and accurately for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills by setting an example and managing staff on shift, training new team members, and ensuring process and product knowledge.
  • Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers.
  • Delivery Partners: Support the management of Delivery Partners to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
  • Goods Inbound: Receive product from vendors, ensuring physical count matches purchase order/invoice, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Stock Management: Put away products to inventory locations and conduct cycle counts to minimize out-of-stock products. Manage waste and compliance with our partnership with TooGoodToGo.
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain a compliant, clean, organized, and aligned warehouse environment in accordance with Operating Standards.
  • Health and Safety: Support Onsite Health & Safety compliance and testing.
About You
  • You have experience working in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment.
  • General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Organized, team-oriented, positive attitude, and helpful.
  • Flexible and available to cover shifts Overnight (12am - 7am).
