Senior Operations Associate

Gopuff is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Associate to join our Operations team. As a key member of our Site leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring high operational standards at our MFCs to deliver timely and accurately for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead the warehouse team during your shift, demonstrating a strong work ethic and setting a positive example for your colleagues.
  • Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
  • Delivery Partners: Support the management of Delivery Partners to ensure a smooth delivery experience for our customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Goods Inbound: Receive product from vendors, ensuring accurate physical count matches purchase order/invoice, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, minimizing out-of-stock products and ensuring compliance with our partnership with TooGoodToGo.
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment, adhering to our Operating Standards.
  • Health and Safety: Support Onsite Health & Safety compliance and testing, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment.
  • General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Organized, team-oriented, positive attitude, and helpful.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am).
