Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Operations Associate to join our Operations team. As a Senior Operations Associate, you will be responsible for leading the team during your shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the warehouse team by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Train new team members and ensure they are confident in their roles.
  • Pick and pack items accurately and efficiently for dispatch to customers.
  • Manage waste and compliance, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Support Onsite Health & Safety compliance and testing.

Requirements:

  • General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Flexible and available to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
