Park Holidays is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fulfill the role of Receptionist. This position serves as the initial point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome holiday guests, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Perform administrative tasks as directed by the Holiday Sales Manager.
  • Offer comprehensive information regarding park amenities, activities, and local attractions.
  • Facilitate an efficient reservation process for all guests.
  • Assist guests upon arrival, sharing essential information about park facilities.
  • Manage the park's telephone system effectively.
  • Support guests by addressing issues related to housekeeping and maintenance.

  • Control and issue keys for guest accommodations.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in the Park Vision system.
  • Conduct outgoing sales calls to promote extended stays and upgrades.
  • Contact guests for payment follow-ups as per company policy.
