Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Administrative Officer at Band 4 level to join our team. This position is integral to our client's operations, providing essential support within the HR department.
Position Details:
This is a full-time role, comprising 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the Pay & Conditions Team within the Employee Relations Department.
- Offer expert advice and support to management regarding the processing of employee personal and contractual information through HRPTS Manager Self Service and relevant manual forms.
- Engage in system audits to ensure the integrity and quality of HRPTS data.
- Collaborate with the Senior HR Advisor on HRPTS data cleansing initiatives, liaising with key stakeholders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with payroll processing deadlines and provide guidance to staff and management in meeting these timelines.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language or an equivalent qualification, along with two years of experience in a clerical or administrative capacity.
