Key Responsibilities- Deliver an effective integrated healthcare service clinical model, ensuring seamless care and continuity of treatment for patients.
- Manage a complex clinical caseload, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of National Standards for Health Care in Prisons, ensuring compliance and excellence in service delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with Trust values and standards.
- Registered Nurse with post-registration experience in a relevant field.
- Experience of working in a secure environment, with the ability to manage complex and challenging behavior.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills.
