About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team at HMP Guys Marsh. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality primary care services and specialist interventions for offenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of an effective integrated healthcare service clinical model.
  • Manage a complex clinical caseload, ensuring all clinics and consultations are delivered in a clinically effective and timely way.
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of National Standards for Health Care in Prisons for the service.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Healthcare Team, supporting junior colleagues and ensuring systems are in place for clinical supervision.
