Job Summary:

The Kennel Club Limited is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Advisor to join its Core Services & Customer Support Team within the Operations Department. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and web-based services.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively promote and upsell to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages and web-based systems, including CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
