Site Manager for External Refurbishment Project

MCG Construction is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of an External Refurbishment project in Chatham. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing live sites and delivering external refurbishment projects, including roofing works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of site staff to ensure the successful delivery of the project
  • Coordinate with the client and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Oversee the installation of roofing materials and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure they are within budget

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of managing live sites and delivering external refurbishment projects
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and other stakeholders
  • CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, and SMSTS certification
