Civils Site Agent Job Description

Royal Television Limited (RTL Group Ltd) is seeking a skilled Civils Site Agent to join their team. As a key member of the site team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of civil construction works on a clean and foul water project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of works
  • Coordinate site activities to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Monitor and report on site progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Ensure compliance with NEC4 Contracts, including Early Warning Notices and Compensation Events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civil construction site management and supervision
  • Knowledge of NEC4 Contracts and relevant site procedures
  • First Aider certification and a valid UK driving license
  • SMSTS certification and CSCS (Black) card

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day
