Job Title: 3rd Line Support Engineer

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 DOE

We are working with a leading Managed Service Provider based in Central Liverpool, who work with a variety of industries across Merseyside with all aspects of IT.

Job Description:

We are looking for a senior dedicated and driven 3rd Line Engineer who has a wealth of experience within IT Support and preferably MSP or IT Consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional IT support to a range of clients
  2. Assist in the design, implementation and security of WAN, LAN and Cloud
  3. Resolve hardware and software issues
  4. Mentor and train junior team members
  5. Troubleshoot escalated issues/incidents through to resolution
  6. Support and maintain operating systems
  7. Manage and support client projects
  8. Liaise with 3rd parties when applicable

Technical Requirements:

  1. Minimum years demonstrable experience in IT
  2. Experience installing and configuring IT Systems
  3. Office 365 & Applications
  4. VoIP / Connectivity - troubleshooting
  5. Routers, Switch firewall installations/configurations
  6. MS Server, Clustering
  7. Anti-virus technologies
  8. AD, Group Policies
  9. Hyper-V & VMware
  10. SQL Troubleshooting

Requirements:

Please note - Full UK Driving Licence is required.
