About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Exec to join our team at i2i Recruitment Consultancy. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth and revenue for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, decision-makers, and influencers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our organization
  • Collaborate with our broking team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless sales processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business development strategies
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • Dependable, positive, and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
