We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Wise Employment Group. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process for our client, a world-renowned manufacturer with over 350 staff.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately preparing and processing monthly payroll for all employees, including salaried and hourly staff.
- Calculating wages, overtime, shift allowances, bonuses, deductions, and tax with precision.
- Handling payroll adjustments and retroactive payments as needed.
- Assisting with year-end payroll processes, including reconciliations and tax documentation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised qualification in payroll, such as CIPP or AAT.
- Experience of complex payroll runs and shift payments, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering company.
