Business Development Manager
Reel Recruit is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the UK market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Sales Development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and industry trends to inform sales strategies.
- Proactive Prospecting: Utilize innovative techniques to generate leads, set appointments, and secure new business, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Market Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis to track trends, assess competitors, and identify growth opportunities, informing sales strategies and driving business expansion.
- Sales Strategy: Partner with the sales team to develop and implement robust sales strategies that cater to the needs of diverse regional markets, driving business growth and revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships, driving repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £120,000 Y1 for top performers, with uncapped commission potential.
- Company Car: Choice of a fully expensed company car or car allowance of £600 per month.
