The Retail Deputy Manager Role

As a Retail Deputy Manager, you will work alongside a small sales floor team day-to-day, creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering great one-to-one customer experiences. You will identify and maximise sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets, motivate and develop a small sales team to reach their maximum potential, and follow and maintain company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working alongside a small sales floor team day-to-day
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering great one-to-one customer experiences
  • Identifying and maximising sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Motivating and developing a small sales team to reach their maximum potential
  • Following and maintaining company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Experience in retail management or hospitality
  • An ability to display a genuine passion for jewellery and customer service
  • Promote a smart and well-groomed appearance, essential in reflecting our company's public image
  • Self-motivated with good leadership and people skills
  • Confident communicator with good organisational skills
  • Attention to detail in everything you do
