**The Role**
As a Retail Deputy Manager, you'll work alongside a small sales floor team day-to-day, creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering great one-to-one customer experiences. You'll identify and maximise sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets, motivate and develop a small sales team to reach their maximum potential, and follow and maintain company policies and procedures. You'll lead by example in everything you do, utilising resources to plan, organise, and train staff, and develop an excellent knowledge of our jewellery.
**The Essentials**
* Experience in retail management or hospitality
* Ability to display a genuine passion for jewellery and customer service
* Promote a smart and well-groomed appearance essential in reflecting our company's public image
* Self-motivated with good leadership and people skills
* Confident communicator with good organisational skills

**The Benefits**
