About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor at EE Retail. As a Retail Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, ensuring that customers receive accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring that you remain up-to-date with the latest products and services.
