Job Summary

As a Senior Director in Pharmacometrics, you will be responsible for managing PMx support for a number of programs in one or more therapeutic focus areas of the development portfolio. In this capacity, you will be accountable for the successful and timely completion of all assignments encompassing a broad array of deliverables in support of the corporate strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic analyses in support of research and development projects.
  • Adapt plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
  • Apply PMx and corporate policies and procedures appropriately.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to colleagues within the function and across the organization.
  • Evaluate the PK/PD of a portfolio of products or projects, and/or highly complex projects that are wide in scope.
  • Anticipate and assess internal and/or external business, scientific, and/or regulatory challenges, and recommend sound solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process and product improvements.
  • Solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business.
Requirements
  • Advanced education in the sciences and pharmaceutical industry experience in the required fields of discipline.
  • Mastery in the field and recognition as an expert within the organization and externally.
  • Seasoned and tenured scientist with a demonstrated significant impact on the organization and external groups.
  • Strong collaborative skills and effective at building alliances across functions.
  • Ability to effectively influence colleagues and multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Good mentorship skills and ability to work with considerable ambiguity.
