About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our financial operations outside of the US. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance on all aspects of accounting and financial operations, ensuring the success of our entities in the UK and Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing procedures and monthly reporting of financial information to the Divisional Corporate Controller.
  • Oversee tax filings and reporting to ensure compliance with statutory and government requirements.
  • Analyze monthly operating results against budget and present financial information and variances at the monthly management meeting.
  • Administer general ledger activity, including reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to explain impacts of decisions on financial performance and implement global financial and operational controls.
  • Manage local financial audits and related audit deliverables.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of SAP reporting and business process procedures documentation.
  • Manage and mentor the UK functional Finance team, including approving holiday requests, conducting performance reviews, and participating in hiring decisions.
  • Follow company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university.
  • CPA or CMA associate.
  • Total accounting/finance experience of 7-10 years, with at least 4 years managing accounting organizations independently.
  • Experience with SAP, SAC, and Power BI is strongly preferred.
  • International experience is strongly preferred.
  • Cost accounting experience within Manufacturing or Service business.
  • Expertise operating and process design in Medium to Large ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, dynamic individual with hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, dedicated to continuous improvement.
