About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead our cross-functional teams and drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding integrated program teams across various functions, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Quality, Aftermarket, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business objectives and ensure team success.
  • Strategic Management: Manage program plans, schedules, and budgets to meet organizational goals and profitability targets.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee program P&L and manage multiple sub-tier suppliers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality, and recommend proactive solutions to program challenges.
  • Customer Focus: Serve as the focal point for both internal and external customers, supporting contract negotiations and business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Education: HND/Degree in a technical discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, JDE/SAP, and program planning tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Experience: Demonstrated program management skills with experience in leading programs and teams in a matrix organization. Knowledge of Earned Value Management and NPI product lifecycle (JDP, PDR, CDR, FAI).
  • Certifications: Formal PM training/accreditation such as PMP or APM.
