EU - P&C Employee Experience & Co-ordinator

How you will achieve success in this role:
Own all areas of Employee Experience in Europe; including internal communications, engagement programs, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement events. Own and be accountable for the end-to-end Fulfillment Center recruitment for Europe. Maintain and process all system approvals/changes for HR and TA, providing HR administration and support. Support the EU Director of HR to manage all payroll updates. Be a main point of contact to answer HR queries from employees for Europe.
What experiences will help you in this role:
1-2+ years HR and Talent Acquisition experience. Track record of coordinating employee engagement initiatives. Experience working with HR and Talent Acquisition systems (ideally: Dayforce & Lever).
