We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Lusona Consultancy (Group) Limited. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing a range of client payrolls, from small to large, with varying pay frequencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a diverse portfolio of clients, covering all aspects of payroll, including Pension Auto enrolment responsibilities.
- Completion of payroll reviews before issuing to clients.
- Development and maintenance of client relationships, ensuring high-quality and reliable personal service.
- Assistance with business development projects and opportunities, aligning with the company's growth strategy.
- Liaison and communication with senior management, partners, and other departments within the firm.
- Ad hoc assignments, as required.
Requirements:
