Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Catering Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh branch. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and growing a warm desk that supplies temporary catering staff to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop new and existing catering business by identifying and establishing client relationships
  • Business to business outbound sales calls and working to targets
  • Visit clients to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings
  • Manage existing accounts and relationships
  • Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
