About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Cleaning Operative at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our corporate real estate and property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the property
- Operate a variety of cleaning equipment and machinery
- Empty bins, dust and sanitise surfaces, and perform other cleaning tasks as required
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning schedules and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless delivery of services
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy equipment
- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
