As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for handling first-time notifications of loss (FNOL) calls and claims for our motor customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities- Handle FNOL calls and claims for motor customers, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide professional customer service over the phone and via email, ensuring excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
- Route customers to the best supplier, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Build a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to answer customer questions effectively.
- Input customer information and data into our in-house system, supporting office and claims administration tasks.
We're seeking an individual with proven skills in customer service, ideally with experience working in a claims environment. You should be able to work flexibly, including evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays, and be able to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
