Opus People Solutions is seeking a dedicated professional to support management within a residential service for young adults with disabilities, including severe learning difficulties and complex health needs.

Your Role:

As a Team Leader Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, ensuring high levels of support are given at all times, and resolving any performance issues. You will also be involved in inducting new members of staff and their ongoing training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff and ensure high levels of support are given at all times
  • Responsible for resolving any performance issues
  • Induct new members of staff and their ongoing training and development
  • Ensure documentation is kept up to date
  • Regularly undertake sleep-in duties & on call responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Experience in shift/team leading
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities and complex health needs
  • Level 3 Adult Social Care qualification
