Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our client's permanent team in a rural area outside Royston. Our client is a registered children's home and special needs school that provides a safe and stimulating environment for students with complex learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized assistance with daily personal care routines.
  • Cultivate a positive and enriching environment by actively engaging students in stimulating activities.
  • Contribute significantly to providing a homely atmosphere within the registered children's home.
