As a Children's Support Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with young people and empowering them to develop and grow
  • Assisting with therapy sessions, such as rebound therapy or hydrotherapy
  • Ensuring the environment is supportive and safe
  • Helping with all daily activities, including socialising, learning, and personal care
