Strategic Partnerships Manager - Social Housing & Construction Services
£60K - £75K + Benefits

Overview:

We are collaborating with a prominent Construction & Regeneration Main Contractor to find a Strategic Partnerships Manager to enhance their team in the South East. This role will concentrate on securing refurbishment and retrofit social housing projects, as well as new build and joint venture opportunities to facilitate our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role in boosting company revenue by:

  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Expanding brand visibility across all service offerings.
  • Managing existing partnerships effectively.
  • Evaluating and aligning with company business objectives.

Essential Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in a senior business development position within a comparable organization (Tier 1 or Tier 2).
  • A proven history of generating new business and driving revenue growth in relevant sectors.
  • A strong ambition and focus on targets, coupled with a determination to excel.
  • A client-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Advanced organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical skills for KPI monitoring.
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and marketplace dynamics.
  • Influencing skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
  • Flexibility in working hours and travel, along with a full UK driving license.
