About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, creating a safe and supportive environment, and making critical clinical decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective medication administration, as well as deliver excellence in all aspects of care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
About You

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. You will have a passion for delivering person-centered care and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
