As a Registered Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
- Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory guidelines
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential. You'll also need to be a dedicated and compassionate individual who prioritizes person-centered care.
